At KADRE, we keep ordering simple and clear. These terms explain what to expect when you shop with us.
Orders & Payment
All orders are paid in full at checkout or when the order is confirmed.
Please review the artwork, frame, size, quantity and delivery information before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact KADRE as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been prepared for dispatch.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, KADRE will contact you to arrange an alternative product or another suitable solution.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations and other circumstances outside KADRE’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Please inspect your order once received.
KADRE Preview Tool
The KADRE Preview tool allows you to see how selected artwork may look in your own space before ordering.
The preview is intended as a visual guide. We aim to represent scale, placement and colour as accurately as possible, but it is not a technical drawing or exact measurement. Customers should confirm their wall dimensions and selected product sizes before ordering.
Colours & Materials
Small differences between images shown online and the physical product may occur because of screen settings, lighting, printing and material variations. These minor differences are considered normal.
Returns & Exchanges
KADRE does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Special or custom-prepared products cannot be returned or exchanged.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Egyptian law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from the item ordered, please contact KADRE within 48 hours of receiving it and send your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, KADRE will arrange the appropriate replacement or correction.
Product Care
KADRE wall décor and printed frames do not include a separate commercial warranty.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, impact, moisture, excessive heat, unsuitable wall fixings, improper handling or misuse is not covered. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Egyptian law.
Installation
Unless installation is specifically included in the order, KADRE products are supplied without installation. Customers are responsible for using suitable wall fixings and ensuring that the installation surface is appropriate for the size and weight of the product.
Artwork & Design Rights
All artwork, designs, illustrations, collections and creative material offered by KADRE are either owned by KADRE or used under valid licence from their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a KADRE product gives the customer ownership of the physical product only. Copyright, design rights and licensing rights remain with KADRE or the relevant rights holder.
KADRE artwork and designs may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, reprinted, digitised, modified, distributed or used to manufacture other products without written permission. KADRE products may not be purchased for commercial resale without prior written approval.
Website Content
KADRE branding, photography, graphics, product presentations, website content and original creative material may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
